Job Description:
* Standard Software Image Build and Deployment
* Conduct deployment testing to verify that images can be deployed successfully and operate with standard software and hardware.
* Review results of testing with image deployment and standard software
* Install, Motes, Adds. Changes and Disposals (IMACDs
* Conduct installations, moves, adds, changes, end user assigned assets and mobility devices in coordination with End Users and in accordance with the procedures of Service Request Management and Configuration Management procedures.
* Deploy, configure, and test systems using standard image deployment procedures with standard software and hardware to attend to specific Service Requests
* Provide basic end-user or technical staff orientation as needed when installing a new WVD, end-user equipment. mobility device.
* Coordinate warranty repair/replacement service for computer equipment
* Perform warranty repairs and claims as applicable and specified by the equipment manufacturer's certification.
* Perform machine, software maintenance, repair, and installation of desktops, laptops, monitors, mobile devices, and peripherals.
