Job Description
Role - Data Platform Support Engineer
Experience Required - 6+ Years

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Data warehousing, SQL, scripting using Linux/Python, Understanding of API integrations
Familiarity with SaaS applications and Databases, Excellent oral and written communication

Roles & Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve complex customer issues using logs, API requests, database queries (SQL), and internal tools.
Take end-to-end ownership of support cases, providing timely updates and root cause analysis.
Act as the primary technical contact for customers, ensuring high satisfaction via, email, video calls, and ticket systems.
Partner with Engineering and Product teams to identify bugs, submit, clear documentation, and influence product improvements.
Document, known issues, workarounds, and troubleshooting steps in the internal knowledge base.
