Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Must Have Skills:
• Microsoft Teams Voice administration and support experience including Teams Admin Center.
• Cisco CUCM and CUC administration and support experience.
• Oracle ECB, SBC, EOM administration and support experience.
• Intrado 911 EGW administration and support experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
o Will interface and communicate with Management.
• Proficiency with using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) to create configuration and as-built design documentation.
• Interface with end users to explain features
• Jira Agile experience for daily story updates and sprint reviews every 2 weeks
Good to Have:
• Experience and familiarity with Telco, PSTN/DID service and associated SIP trunk/circuit delivery.
o Experience with coordinating Telco circuit delivery: SIP and PRI
o Experience with coordinating DID phone number ports
Roles & Responsibilities
• Will support and help coordinate Unified Communications/Voice engineering projects.
• Will be a member of an engineering team.
Will provide Tier 4 support (escalations) for TMNA’s Voice Operations support group.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Must be able to manage tasks and assignments with minimal supervision.
