About the Role
We are partnering with a global technology company headquartered in Colorado that specializes in advanced positioning, modeling, and productivity solutions across industries such as construction, geospatial, agriculture, and transportation. On their behalf, we are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance their Partner Relationship Management (PRM) operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for optimizing partner engagement processes.

Job Description
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in managing the Pipeline Reporting function and ensuring the integrity of partner-driven data within the PRM tool. You will collaborate closely with partners, internal stakeholders, and the PRM administrator to maintain accurate records, resolve queries, and support ongoing tool improvements. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the partner ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing the Pipeline Reporting function, including approving deals registered by partners in accordance with specific requirements.
  • Auditing partner-submitted deals against defined data elements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Overseeing the onboarding process for new partners into the partner portal.
  • Resolving partner queries and addressing issues related to PRM tool usage.
  • Conducting analysis on tool metrics and usage to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensuring lead routing methodologies are consistently followed and accurately recorded within the Partner Portal.
  • Supporting the PRM administrator with tool updates and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • 2–4 years of experience in a quantitative role such as sales operations, finance, business operations, data analytics, or business analytics.
  • High degree of analytical competency with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel.
  • Ability to adapt positively to change, thrive in a matrixed work environment, and effectively manage competing demands.
  • Fluent English language skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Sheets.
  • Prior experience in customer engagement and query resolution.
