Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Architect with 9+ years of overall experience and strong expertise in the Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining Salesforce architecture, leading large-scale implementations, and ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant solutions aligned with healthcare regulations and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Design and own end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, and Health Cloud
Lead architecture decisions for large-scale healthcare Salesforce implementations
Translate healthcare business requirements into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions
Drive data model design, integration patterns, and system architecture
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, PHI, GDPR, and healthcare data security standards
Architect integrations with EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, HL7, FHIR)
Oversee Salesforce security model including role hierarchy, sharing rules, encryption, and access controls
Define and enforce Salesforce best practices, governance, and standards
Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and deployment strategies
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams
Mentor developers and technical leads, providing architectural guidance
Support Salesforce releases, performance optimization, and platform scalability
Required Qualifications
9+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture
Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect on enterprise implementations
Strong hands-on expertise with:
Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
Health Cloud (mandatory or highly preferred)
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL
Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and integration patterns
Experience working in Healthcare / Life Sciences domain
Hands-on experience with HIPAA-compliant Salesforce implementations
Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Architect certifications:
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) highly desirable
Integration Architecture Designer
Data Architecture Designer
Health Cloud Accredited Professional
Experience with Managed Packages and AppExchange solutions
Familiarity with OmniStudio, Einstein Analytics, and Salesforce CPQ
Exposure to DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DX)
Experience in pharma, payer, provider, or medical device organizations
