Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to serve as the senior technical authority for a large-scale Identity Resolution Program. This is a highly visible, client-facing role requiring deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud architecture, customer identity resolution, and enterprise-scale customer data platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and governing end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including identity resolution strategies, customer profile unification, data ingestion architecture, governance standards, and large-scale customer graph optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and govern end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud architecture solutions.

• Define and implement customer identity resolution strategies across multiple enterprise data sources.

• Configure and optimize Data Cloud matching rules, thresholds, and identity resolution frameworks.

• Design scalable data ingestion and integration architectures.

• Establish governance standards, architecture patterns, and implementation best practices.

• Lead technical workshops with business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and client leadership.

• Define identity resolution KPIs, customer graph quality metrics, and benchmarking methodologies.

• Optimize Data Cloud credit consumption, data processing strategies, and operational costs.

• Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
