Summary

Job Description :

will provide staff augmentation services to support mobilizing and building out PGS s data
governance organization, championing PGS s organization for adoption of the change, and implementing
PGS s data platform modernization effort.

Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SAP applications (Application Development and Maintenance), ensuring alignment with business requirements and IT strategies. Requires a deep understanding of SAP technology, industry trends, and business processes. Worksclosely with stakeholders to identify business needs, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of SAP applications.

Required skills:
- Travel once to twice a month to Tampa.
- Data migration experience between SAP and Snowflake is a must.

Other requirements...
- Enterprise Data Architecture: Experience designing and implementing scalable enterprise analytics, ETL/ELT pipelines, and modern data warehouse solutions.
- Modern Cloud Data Platforms: Hands-on expertise with cloud-native data stacks, including platforms such as Snowflake and supporting analytics and integration tools.
- Data Integration & Pipeline Development: Ability to build and manage robust data pipelines that ingest, transform, and deliver high-quality data for enterprise analytics and reporting.
-Legacy Platform Modernization: Experience migrating legacy reporting or data platforms to modern, cloud-based data and analytics architectures.

- Data Engineering Best Practices: Strong knowledge of data modeling, performance optimization, and scalable data engineering patterns in enterprise environments.
