Formulate options and recommendations, presenting clear scenarios to leadership to support informed decision-making.
Translate decisions into actionable requirements by writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, data definitions, and technical requirements for cross-functional teams.
Own and maintain structure by managing the backlog, organizing workflow, and acting as a pseudo scrum master or project manager when needed.
Document processes, data flows, and project scope in Confluence, including clear articulation of data lineage and system dependencies.
Collaborate closely with technical partners including Data Engineering and Salesforce Administration to align on feasibility, requirements, and implementation strategy.
You will be a good fit for the Business Systems Analyst role if you have:
Demonstrated experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or Data Engineer with a strong data-centric and analytical problem-solving background.
Proven success leading initiatives in highly unstructured or early-stage environments with limited direction.
Strong experience facilitating alignment across technical and business teams in pilot or exploratory project settings.
Background serving as a scrum lead, backlog owner, or pseudo project manager.
Exceptional ability to work independently while proactively driving clarity and progress.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to break down complex or ambiguous problems into actionable steps.

JIRA / Rally: Experience managing backlogs, writing user stories, and organizing work.
Nice to have:
Experience with AI, Agentforce, or Agentic AI, including building or configuring agents.
