Job Title: Lead Salesforce Business Analyst

Summary

The Lead Salesforce Business Analyst will lead business analysis activities for Salesforce projects, including requirements gathering, documentation, functional design, and coordination with development, QA, and UAT teams. The role involves analyzing business processes, supporting Salesforce Health Cloud enhancements, and ensuring successful delivery of IT solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
Document business, functional, and technical requirements and create design specifications.
Support Salesforce and Salesforce Health Cloud enhancements and implementations.
Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and UAT teams to ensure requirements traceability and successful testing.
Develop data analysis, reports, and business case models to support project decisions.
Work with project managers to track project status, risks, and timelines.
Facilitate UAT planning, execution, and end-user training.
Maintain system documentation and support change management processes.

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in Business/System Analysis within IT development.
3+ years in Healthcare or Workers’ Compensation domain.
Strong experience with Salesforce (Health Cloud preferred).
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, data analysis, and system integration.
Experience with SQL/DB2 databases, reporting tools, and Microsoft technologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and analytical skills.

Preferred

Experience with Virsys12 and Healthcare systems.
