A strong candidate should be able to:
· Build and manage an integrated plan across all six transformation pillars.
· Convert ambiguity into workstreams, owners, milestones, dependencies, decisions, and exit criteria.

· Drive managers and workstream leads to own outcomes without requiring director-level escalation.
· Escalate early with options and recommendations—not just status updates.
· Manage resistance from divisions, application teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders.
· Lead organizational change involving new roles, centralized governance, support boundaries, staffing, succession, and MSP participation.
· Communicate effectively with executives while retaining enough technical depth to challenge assumptions.
