Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer / AI/ML Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), machine learning architecture, and cloud-based AI platforms. This role will be responsible for defining AI strategy, designing scalable AI systems, and driving innovation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions and architecture.
Lead Generative AI, LLM, and RAG-based application development.
Develop scalable data pipelines, data lakes, and real-time processing architectures.
Establish and maintain MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and governance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI best practices and architecture standards.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
Design APIs, microservices, and distributed AI systems.
Ensure AI solutions meet security, governance, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of software engineering and/or data science experience.
3–5+ years of AI/ML architecture experience.
Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs (GPT, Llama, etc.), and RAG.
Experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP.
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Experience with AI/ML services on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of ETL pipelines, data engineering, data lakes, and streaming architectures.
Hands-on experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, and Vertex AI.
Experience with vector databases, APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with code generation tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code.
Strong leadership, architecture, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience designing enterprise-scale AI platforms and solutions.
