About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to help design, build, and integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable AI-powered features that solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate AI/ML and LLM-driven features into applications and services.
• Build and maintain APIs and microservices that expose AI capabilities to front-end and downstream systems.
• Evaluate models, prompts, and workflows for accuracy, latency, and cost; iterate based on metrics.
• Implement best practices for model deployment, monitoring, governance, and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and delivery plans.
• Develop clear documentation for architecture, data flows, and operational runbooks.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building production-grade AI/ML solutions or LLM-powered applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python (or similar) used for AI/ML development and integration.
• Experience creating and consuming RESTful APIs and working with enterprise integration patterns.
• Solid understanding of data handling, evaluation, and testing practices for AI-enabled systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with major cloud AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI).
• Knowledge of MLOps practices (CI/CD for models, monitoring, and observability).
• Background with NLP, vector databases, prompt engineering, or retrieval-augmented generation.
