Title: Lead Scrum Master BPR & CRM

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Remote (Harrisburg, PA) - Candidate is required to be onsite for one week each month

Job Description:

• The client is looking for a senior-level Agile leader who can manage large-scale Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and CRM transformation initiatives in a complex enterprise/tolling environment. The candidate should be capable of driving Agile delivery, stakeholder coordination, SAP integration, CRM modernization, and customer experience improvements across multiple business channels.

Key skills Required:

• Strong Scrum Master leadership for cross-functional Agile teams
• Experience managing enterprise CRM and ERP transformation projects
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint execution, and backlog management
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA integration projects
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Customer Engagement or similar CRM platforms
• Knowledge of customer service operations, billing, payments, invoicing, and case management
• Experience handling enterprise integrations across mobile apps, portals, IVR, chatbot, APIs, and backend systems
• Strong stakeholder communication and vendor coordination skills
• Experience with reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Understanding of UI/UX/CX principles and customer journey optimization
• Exposure to inventory management, transaction processing, reconciliation, and collections workflows
• Ability to support data migration/ETL activities
• Strong documentation experience including BRD, FRD, test plans, impact analysis, diagrams, and process flows
• Experience in tolling industry or transportation systems is a strong plus
• Ability to work independently in large enterprise/government environments.

Desired Skillset

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; master s degree preferred.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification required.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects in inventory management, account management, case management, and SAP environments.
  Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross functional teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, with experience in Agile tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and customer service enhancements.

Familiarity with the tolling industry and tolling systems is a plus
