Marketing Project Manager

Description

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Project Manager to join our team in Minnetonka, Minnesota. This contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee technical marketing projects while utilizing your expertise in project management tools and methodologies. Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee marketing initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
Utilize project management tools such as Project, Smartsheet, and JIRA to track progress and manage tasks effectively.
Develop and maintain project artifacts, including schedules, change logs, and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across departments and stakeholders.
Monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
Facilitate Agile Scrum practices and support teams in adhering to these methodologies.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
Provide regular updates and reports to management, highlighting project milestones and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Requirements

Proven experience in project management, preferably within the marketing domain.
Proficiency in tools such as Project, Smartsheet, and JIRA.
Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage risks and ensure project success.
Familiarity with creating and maintaining project documentation and artifacts.
