Description
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive program success and enhance brand visibility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to impactful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Create, implement, and manage detailed marketing plans, ensuring all timelines and budgets are adhered to effectively.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies and content to optimize campaign results and achieve program goals.
Research and secure marketing opportunities both domestically and internationally, targeting new audience segments to expand program reach.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop high-quality program materials and marketing assets that align with brand standards and resonate with target audiences.
Review and approve marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency in messaging before execution.
Coordinate multi-channel marketing communications to strengthen brand presence and support attendance and revenue growth.
Lead program kickoff and milestone meetings, providing regular updates on marketing progress to stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support marketing initiatives.
Stay informed on industry trends and strategies through research and ongoing development activities, utilizing market insights to enhance marketing efforts.
Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools for creating and editing marketing assets.
Strong understanding of brand awareness strategies and how to align messaging with target audiences.
Demonstrated experience in campaign planning and execution across multiple channels.
Ability to analyze marketing data and adapt strategies based on performance metrics.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and budgets effectively.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
Knowledge of market research practices, including analyzing trends and competitor offerings.
Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
