We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong Capital Markets domain expertise to bridge business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with front-office, middle-office, operations, risk, compliance, and technology teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and deliver strategic initiatives across trading, investment management, securities processing, and regulatory reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
· Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
· Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.
· Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows.
· Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for development teams.
· Facilitate requirement reviews and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
· 10+ years of Business Analysis experience.
· 5+ years of Capital Markets experience-SUPPORTING TRADING APPLICATION PROJECT IS A MUST.
· Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, market instruments, and financial products.
· Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
· Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Understand trade lifecycle from order capture through settlement.
· Analyze front-to-back-office workflows and identify process improvements.
· Support regulatory and compliance initiatives.
Data Analysis & Reporting
· Perform data analysis using SQL and reporting tools.
· Conduct data mapping, reconciliation, and validation activities.
· Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
· Develop KPIs, dashboards, and business reports.
