Job Title: SuccessFactors Performance Development Product Manager

ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking an expert Product Manager to serve as the central point of contact for our SuccessFactors Performance module. This role oversees platform operations and executes bi-annual projects, acting as the primary liaison and business analysis bridge between the Performance Development Center of Excellence (PD COE), Process Teams, and Digital Nexus (IT).
While focused on coordination and oversight, the role demands hands-on execution. You''''ll balance strategic stakeholder management with tactical project and platform demands, stepping in for your direct report as needed to maintain milestones and stability. The ideal candidate is a leader ready to dive deep when required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Stakeholder Relationship & Business Analysis
- Act as the single point of contact (POC) and key liaison between PD COE, Process Teams, and Digital Nexus for seamless communication and alignment.
- Translate high-level business objectives into actionable requirements for the Digital Nexus team and direct report.
- Analyze and map current/future-state processes to identify gaps, dependencies, and simplification opportunities.
- Oversee creation and review of critical documentation, including use cases, process flows, and business requirements.
Platform & Project Delivery
- Oversee daily administration and operations for platform stability; participate hands-on when needed.
- Own end-to-end issue resolution, serving as escalation point and directly tackling complex problems.
- Lead bi-annual Goal Setting and Year-End performance review projects, contributing to key deliverables.
- Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure robust, high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.
Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise, mentor, and prioritize tasks for a hands-on technical direct report handling configurations and initial investigations.
- Delegate operational tasks effectively while staying involved in critical projects and issues.

- SuccessFactors Performance Module Expertise: Direct, hands-on configuration and administration experience with the SuccessFactors Performance & Goals module.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to act as a trusted liaison and build strong relationships with business and technical teams.
- Business Analysis Acumen: Demonstrated experience translating complex business needs into clear, documented requirements for technical audiences.
- Project Execution: Track record of managing and participating in end-to-end system and operational projects, from requirements to delivery.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Experience or aptitude for leading and mentoring technical resources with clear direction and prioritization.
