Role: Technical Program Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with strong expertise in AWS cloud services and application development to lead complex technology programs from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent program management skills, and experience working in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
? Drive end-to-end program execution for application development projects hosted on AWS.
? Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
? Manage program risks, dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
? Oversee architecture discussions and ensure alignment with AWS best practices.
? Coordinate across multiple teams for integration, testing, and deployment activities.
? Track progress using Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
? Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
? Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards in AWS environments.
Required Skills & Experience
? 12+ years of experience in program/project management in technology-driven environments.
? Strong technical background in application development (Java, .NET, Python, or similar).
? Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.).
