Summary

Position : Salesforce Architect

Location : Fremont, CA OR Austin TX (Hybrid)

Skills: Service cloud, Omni channel, Flows & BRD documentation

Job Responsibilities:

Facilitate workshops, interviews, and other sessions to gather and document detailed functional, non-functional, and data requirements.
Design Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and other configurations, to meet business needs.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including BRDs, user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet defined requirements.
Proficiency in Service Cloud is required.
Experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and other features.
Understanding of Salesforce integrations with other systems, such as ERPs and marketing automation platforms.
