Job Title UX/UI Design Analyst - Analyst Program
UX/UI Design Analyst -Analyst Program As part of the Fiserv Analyst Program, the UX/UI Design Analyst is an early-career role designed to help develop the next generation of UX and design talent. You'll gain hands-on experience working on real products while receiving structured training, mentorship, and exposure to cross-functional teams.
This role is ideal for recent or upcoming graduates who are interested in user experience, user interface design, and building intuitive digital products at scale.
What you'll do - Support the design of user-centered digital experiences across web and/or mobile products
- Create wireframes, basic prototypes, and visual UI designs using established design systems
- Assist with usability testing, research activities, and synthesis of user feedback
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and senior designers throughout the design process
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users
- Help ensure designs are consistent, accessible, and aligned with brand standards
What you'll learn - How UX/UI design works within a large, enterprise product organization
- How to apply user-centered design principles to real business problems
- How to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
- How design decisions impact customers, operations, and business outcomes
What you need to have: - Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field
- Basic understanding of UX and UI principles
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar (academic or project-based experience is fine)
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from feedback
- Curiosity, initiative, and interest in financial technology or digital products
What would be great to have: - Internship, capstone, or portfolio demonstrating UX/UI work
- Familiarity with accessibility, responsive design, or usability testing
- Interest in analytics, research, or design systems
