Hybrid Systems Engineer/DC (AI & Infrastructure Automation) We are seeking a highly motivated Hybrid Systems Engineer who combines traditional infrastructure expertise with modern automation and AI-driven operational practices. This role will support large-scale infrastructure environments while helping drive the organization's transition toward increased automation, operational efficiency, and AI-enabled workflows. The ideal candidate possesses strong Linux administration skills, infrastructure engineering experience, hands-on hardware knowledge, and the ability to develop automation solutions through scripting and coding. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and support large-scale Linux-based infrastructure environments. Develop and maintain automation tools to reduce manual operational processes. Support AI-driven operational initiatives and infrastructure modernization efforts. Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, and platform-level issues. Work closely with engineering teams to improve infrastructure reliability and scalability. Participate in datacenter activities as needed, including hardware installation, diagnostics, and troubleshooting. Create scripts and automation workflows to streamline operational tasks. Analyze system performance and recommend improvements. Support hybrid environments involving both physical and virtual infrastructure. Ideal Candidate Traits Automation-first mindset. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
