Quick Overview

Role: Senior Project Manager
Location: Lansing, MI
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Mandatory in-office on Wednesdays & Thursdays; candidates must live within 90 miles)
Interview Process: 1 2 Virtual Rounds (Mix of technical and soft skills)

Key Responsibilities & Focus

Lead software development projects following Agile and structured engineering methodologies.
Drive release planning, manage project scope, budget, and schedules, and report metrics/dashboards to executives.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, QA, architecture, and compliance teams.

Key Requirements

Primary Skills (Required):

7+ years of Project Management experience in software development.
Hands-on experience with Agile Tools (Azure DevOps / ADO, Jira, Rally, etc.).
Experience in Cloud-First Environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
Strong background in SDLC, DevOps practices, and enterprise delivery.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

Knowledge of Clarity (PPM tool).
Experience with API-driven and data-centric integration projects.
PMP or CPM certifications.
