Campaign Manager with Unica ()

Job Title – Campaign Manager, Unica
Contract Duration:  6 months.
Location – remote only; EST highly preferred – working eastern hours.
Remote – yes but MUST be in the US
Start Date: needs someone ASAP



Day-To-Day
- Partner with internal and client technical and marketing teams to lead the migration from Adobe Campaign Classic to Unica Plus
-Support campaign platform work including hands-on configuration and execution within Unica Plus
-Migrate data between platforms and determine what data is needed for campaigns, segmentation, and reporting etc
-Troubleshoot campaign, data, and platform issues
-Create detailed run books and implementation documentation (file layouts, content structure, configurations) to support handoff to the internal team post-migration
-Provide training for the client users on new campaign tools and best practices
-Partner closely with internal Data Axle team member; this person will take over supporting the platform once the migration is complete.

Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience supporting technical requirements within campaign platform solutions
-4+ years of hands-on experience supporting Unica Plus
-4+ years of client-facing experience working with both technical and marketing teams
-Intermediate to advanced SQL skills and comfort working directly with campaign and customer data
-HTML and CSS experience, primarily for email message migration and support
- Past Experience supporting platform migrations
- Experience training or coaching users on Unica Plus
