Role: Salesforce Architect

Location: United States (Remote with Occasional travel)

Duration: 12 months

Job Description:

  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharmacy, provider, payer, or field sales environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Architect or senior Salesforce consultant.
  • Deep experience with Sales Cloud architecture, configuration, automation, and business process design.
  • Experience with Health Cloud, including understanding of Health Cloud data models, capabilities, and appropriate use cases.
  • Ability to assess an existing Salesforce org with limited documentation.
  • Experience working with environments that include admins, analysts, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify what is configured, what is missing, and what should be improved.
  • Experience documenting current-state architecture, process flows, data models, and recommendations.
  • Ability to provide both strategic architecture guidance and practical hands-on support.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, roles, permissions, profiles, permission sets, sharing model, and governance.
  • Experience supporting medium to large Salesforce user populations.
  • Comfortable working in a staff augmentation model with direct client interaction.

Preferred Experience

  • Salesforce Health Cloud certification or significant Health Cloud implementation experience.
  • Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharmacy, provider, payer, or field sales environments.
  • Experience with field sales workflows, physician engagement, call planning, visit notes, and mobile Salesforce usage.
  • Experience advising clients on Sales Cloud vs. Health Cloud fit and license optimization.
