Job Overview
The Sr. Manager - Full Stack Engineer is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications using modern full-stack technologies. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering to build secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions that support Marriott's digital transformation. The position partners with product, architecture, and technology teams to deliver innovative features and ensure best practices across the development lifecycle.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in full-stack development and application architecture.
  • Proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end technologies (Java, .NET, Node.js).
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Job Duties
  • Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance across platforms.
  • Implement best practices for performance, security, and scalability in application design and development.
  • Lead architecture decisions and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA, DevOps) to deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by adopting modern frameworks, tools, and methodologies for full-stack development.
