Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Product Owner, where you'll lead innovative projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product success in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee project scope and timelines, ensuring successful delivery of each sprint.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Act as a liaison for external communications and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and prioritize new requests.
  • Guide teams to enhance scrum maturity and foster a productive work environment.
  • Transform data insights into actionable product outcomes for customers.
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps in partnership with business stakeholders.
  • Define product requirements and lead the functional design process.
  • Track and report on product performance post-launch to inform future investments.
Skills
  • Minimum of 3 years in a scrum master or technical product owner role.
  • Strong understanding of software development and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive team success.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Scrum master certification is a plus.
  • Experience with other agile frameworks and techniques.
