Summary

Experienced Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design, architect, and deliver scalable, data-driven marketing and customer engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and Marketing Cloud
• Design personalized, multi-channel customer journeys using Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio
• Define data models and integrations between Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and external systems (APIs, data warehouses, CDPs)
• Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures
• Ensure best practices for data governance, security, consent management, and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
• Collaborate with developers, admins, marketing teams, and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Provide technical leadership during implementation, deployment, and post-go-live optimization
• Review and optimize existing Salesforce and Marketing Cloud implementations for performance and scalability
• Create architectural documentation, solution diagrams, and technical design specifications
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging marketing technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Contact Builder, Automation Studio
• Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM data models and Marketing Cloud connectors
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, and middleware tools
• Knowledge of SQL, AMPscript, HTML/CSS for Marketing Cloud personalization
• Experience designing scalable, cloud-based enterprise solutions
• Strong stakeholder communication and solution-presentation skills
