This person would provide level 2 end user support. This person would be in charge of the initial diagnostics and work with vendors. For example: initial diagnostics for printers but using a service contract from a company in charge of that kind of devices. They would basically be responsible for assisting the users with PCs and most basic network troubleshooting as the initial diagnostics.
