Title: Test Technician (Probe/Handler test Hardware) Location: Santa Clara, CA Onsite Duration : 6 months extensions up to potentially 24 months The Test Technician will support the hardware debug and data collection activity at the test house and at local and overseas manufacturing partners. Major responsibilities will be to maintain existing probe and handler hardware, debug and repair defective hardware, bring up brand new test and probe hardware, and assist in the transfer of HW overseas.
