Description The desktop support technician will need experience working in a manufacturing IT environment. Exposure / experience with SCCM is very helpful. They will support devices such as laptops, desktops, printers, iPads, iPhones, zebra printers on the production floor and tablets and scanners. Experience working in a manufacturing environment is helpful. They will also be supporting niche apps with limited documentation. Need good troubleshooting skills. Experience with Windows, PC Troubles
