The consultant will be responsible for ensuring system stability, troubleshooting issues, optimizing workflows, and supporting end-users during the transition period. Key Responsibilities: Provide post-go-live functional support for Oracle EBS WMS and MSCA modules. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with end-users and technical teams. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for better efficiency. Assist in resolving integration, configuration, and data-related challenges. Conduct knowledge transfer and user training to enhance system adoption. Support change management and enhancements based on business needs. Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure smooth operations. Required Qualifications & Experience: 8+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant. Strong expertise in WMS and MSCA modules, including troubleshooting and optimization. Hands-on experience with post-go-live stabilization and support. Knowledge of inventory, logistics, shipping, and supply chain processes within Oracle EBS. Ability to diagnose system issues and provide efficient solutions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support end-users. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in post-go-live hypercare or support phases. Prior experience with Oracle EBS R12 implementations and optimizations. Familiarity with SQL for issue analysis is a plus.
