ICF is seeking an Asset / Property Manager to own the full lifecycle of IT assets and personal property for a federal technology program, from procurement through secure disposal. Reporting to the Program Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining accurate asset records, executing physical inventory on a defined federal schedule, coordinating with Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) vendors for procurement and logistics, and ensuring compliance with f
