Description This person will be providing onsite support to users with a wide range of issues. Must be strong with Mac iOS, Apple Devices and Windows. This is a 50% Windows an 50% MAC environment . This person will be supporting all hardware issues including desktops, laptops, printers, monitors and peripherals, software issues including OS, email, MS Office Suite (O365), AV and collaboration tools, and basic Active Directory (password resets, access to applications, etc).
