We are seeking a Business/Process Analyst for a 12-month hybrid assignment (2 days/wk onsite) with our Austin, Texas client. Candidates local to Austin, Texas. Must have excellent communication skills and 8 years'' experience in Business Analysis methodology and Business Process Analysis. Duties include: Lead the mapping, analysis, and redesign of processes for internal agency staff, client staff, and the general public. Identify, design, and support the implementation of business improvement
