For compliance purposes for NYS transparency, the expected salary range is $18.00 - $22.00. Compensation will be based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities

HR Administrator Responsibilities:

Reconcile invoices and assist with expense tracking and documentation.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources team.
Draft and distribute employee and business communications.
Assist with benefits administration and related employee support activities.
Support leave management processes and documentation.
Coordinate logistics and materials for company training programs and events across multiple locations.
Assist with employee recognition, engagement, and communication initiatives.
Help organize and support special events and HR programs.
Maintain HR records, files, and documentation.
Support the development and implementation of new HR programs and initiatives.
Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

HR Administrator Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is a positive, proactive team player with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous office or administrative experience required.
Human Resources experience is a plus.
Bookkeeping or accounting experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
