Description As an Engineering & Innovation Intern, you will be assigned to work with the Department of Engineering & Innovation (DoE&I) on a variety of initiatives that support firmwide innovation, engineering process improvements, and digital tools. This role is ideal for a student who enjoys data, systems, and people-you'll work at the intersection of engineering, process design, and change management, helping us turn great ideas into implemented solutions across the firm.
