Description Looking for a level 2 support supporting our US field with technical issues related to devices, our in house sales applications and saas apps. Experience with azure and intune is a plus but not a deal breaker What Apps are they supporting? Light troubleshooting of Apps that Agents use (claims, policies, etc). Tied to any specific project or BAU? Mostly BAU Agent Support, but they have recently updated several applications and branding materials. Mostly Infra related or Apps centric
