Level 2 Technical Support Analyst

Description
Looking for a level 2 support supporting our US field with technical issues related to devices, our in house sales applications and saas apps. Experience with azure and intune is a plus but not a deal breaker
What Apps are they supporting? Light troubleshooting of Apps that Agents use (claims, policies, etc).
Tied to any specific project or BAU? Mostly BAU Agent Support, but they have recently updated several applications and branding materials.
Mostly Infra related or Apps centric? Infra support, light application support. Do not need to know coding or scripting and not a lot of specific application support.
More desk side or phone support? Mostly phone support. Some desk side support at their HQ location may be required and/or for special projects.
Application support - Access / validating issues, licenses, not crazy technical skills.
Relationships are important. Must have a good personality and ideally outgoing.
Endpoint with MDM experience is nice to have.

This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
