Description Throughout the engagement: o Contribute to the development of a scalable, university-wide OCM framework including methodologies, governance, processes, templates, and success metrics. o Create toolkits, playbooks, and standardized deliverables to ensure consistency and quality across all change initiatives. o Help establish scalable approaches for change intake, prioritization, and measurement. o Assist in building CMO identity and presence across campus through engagement, communica
