We are seeking for Deputy Program Manager / Desktop Technician Manager / Queue Manager supports the Program Manager in the daily management of desktop support operations and overall service delivery. This role is responsible for overseeing the ServiceNow ticket queue, managing workload distribution, ensuring SLA compliance, and supervising Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support technicians.
