OVERVIEW: The Digital Product Research Team is seeking a lead Quantitative Research Specialist who is highly analytical and operationally minded to scale our NPS program. We are looking for an expert who has maintained similar processes for reporting metrics to all levels of leadership in an enterprise. RESPONSIBILITIES Process Automation & Scaling: Implement automated and repeatable data processing that easily and efficiently scales for current and future digital products. Quantitative Leader
