What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a bright, driven Operations Analyst with a passion for problem solving and a genuine love for automation. This is a techno-functional role that blends finance operations with data analysis, sitting within a small team responsible for several key operating functions inside our wider Operations group. You will work with reference data for investment operations, money market fund activity, cash sweeps, banking relationships, and the general ledger, while continually finding ways to automate manual work and make processes more scalable. Candidates may come from financial services operations, a fund administrator, or a strong business analyst background with functional finance exposure. This role reports to a Principal based in New York and works closely with a senior team member in Fort Worth. The schedule is hybrid, 3 days per week in our downtown Fort Worth office, with later hours expected during the first five business days of each month for month-end close.
What You Will Do:
Administer reference data across downstream applications, including data that flows to fund administrators.
Analyze manual tasks and implement automation solutions.
Manage daily money market processing and automation, including cash sweeps.
Reconcile money market investments, cash, and positions, and resolve breaks.
Review and analyze transactional data for regulatory reporting.
Administer General Ledger account calendars at month and quarter end.
Administer bank portals and verify and settle monthly bank fees.
Manage bank and custody account statements for audit.
Coordinate with prime brokers, auditors, fund administrators, vendors, and financing banks.
Analyze data and operational risk and build appropriate SOX-compliant controls.
Maintain relevant vendor applications.

Requirements
What We Require:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (3.0+ GPA preferred)
2-3 years of operations experience within financial services, fund administration, or asset management
Advanced Excel skills
Technical proficiency with SQL, VBA, and/or Power BI
A strong passion for automation and process improvement
Experience with Geneva, Alteryx, Python, or Bloomberg strongly preferred
Knowledge of money market products preferred
Project management experience a plus
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator
Motivated, adaptable, and proactive, with flexibility to work additional hours during month-end and busy periods
