Project Overview
The BIS Transformation is a strategic, enterprise-wide initiative to modernize contract, pricing, and billing ecosystem by replacing the current legacy BIS environmentcomprised of multiple Microsoft Access databases, manual workflows, and fragmented processeswith a unified, scalable, enterprise platform.
The current environment is highly complex, with significant cross-database dependencies, undocumented logic, and heavy reliance on SME knowledge and manual processes. This creates operational inefficiencies, increased risk, and limits the organizations ability to scale and evolve.
This initiative will execute a full one-time transformationby retiring legacy systems and implementing integrated enterprise platforms (e.g., eCRM, CPQ, and contract lifecycle management), while simultaneously modernizing data architecture, business processes, and reporting capabilities. The transformation will span Sales, Contracting, Product Management, Billing, and Audit functions and requires coordinated execution across business and technology teams.
