Onestream Support Lead Location -Cleveland Ohio Type: Contract Job description: Primary interface with business and IT stakeholders Owns P1/P2 coordination and escalations Leads resolution for complex L2 issues and directs offshore work Drives RCA, problem records, and continuous improvement backlog Validates and approves support documentation/runbooks Provides weekly/monthly service reporting and governance participation Support for production issues impacting OneStream operations, including:
