Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer responsible for validating Salesforce functionality, integrations, data migration, and end-to-end business processes while ensuring high-quality and reliable releases.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
Validate Salesforce Lightning applications, configurations, Flows, security, and business processes.
Test integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, and external systems.
Track, manage, and retest defects through resolution.
Collaborate with business, development, and support teams to ensure solution quality.
Support release validation and production readiness activities.

Required Qualifications

12+ years of Salesforce QA/testing experience.
Strong experience testing Salesforce Lightning applications, workflows, and integrations.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and defect management processes.
Experience with Jira, Postman, Selenium, Provar, or Copado.
Strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
Experience with MuleSoft and API testing.
Experience with Salesforce data migration validation.
Experience in Financial Services, Lending, or Salesforce-based enterprise applications.
