Key Responsibilities Post all new positions to PeopleSoft, State Job Board, ZipRecruiter and other needed job boards and notify the Recruiter. Refresh all positions on each board every Friday.Coordinate and track pre-employment background screening and drug testing process on candidates; ensuring every candidate consents and tests within 48 hours.Administers the Predictive Index tool to candidates and deliver results within 48 hours to Recruiter.Initiates and completes all adverse action process
