IDOL Support Engineer Role Overview Onsite in Washington, DC- hybrid work environment The IDOL Support Engineer serves as the primary technical resource supporting the eLibrary platform powered by OpenText/Micro Focus IDOL (Knowledge Discovery) technology. This role is responsible for maintaining, upgrading, optimizing, and modernizing enterprise search and content discovery capabilities while ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability of the IDOL environment. The engineer works
