Beacon Hill is seeking an Organizational Change Management Leader to establish and lead the enterprise change management function for an enterprise client. This role is responsible for building a high-performing OCM team, defining enterprise change standards, and partnering with executive leaders to drive adoption and sustainment across complex, regulated transformations including technology, clinical, operational, and business initiatives.
