Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technology Specialist / Business Analyst with hands-on experience in field/mobile workforce management and field service operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with field dispatch and workforce management platforms, supporting processes such as technician scheduling, route and dispatch optimization, appointment capacity management, and geofenced field execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements related to field workforce management and field service operations.
- Support and improve technician scheduling and dispatch processes.
- Analyze route and dispatch optimization requirements.
- Work with appointment and capacity management processes.
- Investigate operational and system issues and identify appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
- Document requirements, workflows, process gaps, and proposed solutions.
- Support implementation and enhancement of field workforce management solutions.
