Your role As a Technical Support Manager, your mission is to lead and develop the VTS Technical Support function for vacuum systems and applications across direct and indirect service channels. You will report to the Business Line Manager. You will Be responsible for technical escalation leadership and root cause resolution Own warranty process, cost control, and quality feedback Manage the interface between the product company and engineering as well as reliability improvement Be responsible fo
